About Us
The idea of Little Yogis came about after much daydreaming at the end of my Yoga Babes prenatal yoga classes and those endless early morning feeds.
A newborn baby is such a blissful little being, shining out love, peace, contentment and pure joy all around them. Their presence is so awesome it can fill a room and draw everyone into their light.
We can't help but watch in awe as they grow into bigger babies, then toddlers, then children. In their worlds they have both nature and nurture, but the lovely thing about children is their openness which gives us the chance to see their very nature and the nature in all of us. No matter what goes on in the bigger world, before long they spring back to the happiness inside of them - they can't help it. And so everyday they have moments of being pure yogi, just by being themselves.
And if you ever watch a baby learn how to move, to crawl, to walk, you can learn how to do your own asanas, because they know them perfectly already. Children are natural yogis!
So with my baby and four year old as inspiration, the idea for Little Yogis was conceived.
All our clothing is made with love, in appreciation to all the children out there and their parents, and to all those who follow the yoga path, to help keep them inspired!
